Cheese Potatoes
Cheese Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 tbsp. margarine, dash of pepper, 1 tsp. salt, 1 qt. potatoes and 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk and cook.
Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Add grated cheese and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat.
Place sliced potatoes in greased casserole.
Add hot cheese sauce.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, under cover, and bake 30 minutes more or until potatoes are done.
