Cheese Pie
Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 monterey jack, grated, 1 c. sharp cheddar, grated, 1 (9-inch) pie shell, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Partially bake pie shell.
Sprinkle all of the Monterey Jack, half of the Cheddar and the chili peppers in shell.
Beat remaining ingredients together and add to pie shell mixture. Sprinkle remainder of Cheddar on top.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes, or until crust is brown.
