Cheese Muffins
Cheese Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bisquick, 1 stick margarine (at room temperature), 1 c. sour cream and 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Measure Bisquick into large bowl.
Cut in the softened margarine (texture should be fine grained before adding other ingredients).
Blend in sour cream.
Fold in cheese.
Mixture will be stiff.
Use hands to mix.
Fill mini muffin pans (sprayed with Pam) 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 to 15 minutes. Yields 3 dozen mini muffins.
