Cheese Frosted Cauliflower
Cheese Frosted Cauliflower is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cauliflower, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard and 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Remove leaves and trim base from cauliflower.
Precook whole cauliflower in boiling salted water 12 to 15 minutes. Drain.
Place on ungreased shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard.
Spread over cauliflower. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 375Β° approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serves 4 or 5.
