Cheese Frosted Cauliflower
Cheese Frosted Cauliflower is an easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower (trim leaves and base), salt to taste (optional), 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, 2 tsp. prepared mustard and 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Precook whole cauliflower in boiling salted water 12 to 15 minutes.
Drain.
Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt (optional).
Combine mayonnaise or salad dressing with mustard.
Spread over cauliflower.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350Β° for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
