Cheese Fondue
Cheese Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 c. scalded milk, 3 eggs, separated, 1 1/2 c. diced or grated cheese and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add crumbs and milk.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Then add well beaten egg yolks, cheese, butter, mustard and salt, if used.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Turn into well buttered baking pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
