Cheese Flan
Cheese Flan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can condensed milk and 1 packet cream cheese (8 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix the sugar and water in a deep, ovenproof glass dish.
Place dish in oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until caramel forms.
Let caramel cool.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender for a few minutes (blend in the cream cheese last).
Pour mixture in glass dish which contains the caramel.
Bake in oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
