Cheese Crepe Soup
Cheese Crepe Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1 c. flour, 1 c. water, italian grated cheese and chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg well; mix in flour.
Add water slowly and beat with blender until smooth.
Butter liberally 8-inch frypan.
Heat, then pour in 3 tablespoons batter.
Tilt pan quickly until batter covers bottom.
Cook until pancake is light brown on bottom. Turn and cook other side.
When all are ready.
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of cheese in center of pancake; roll.
Heat chicken broth.
Put 2 or 3 pancakes in soup bowl.
Pour broth on top.
