Cheese Cake
Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 4 large eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth.
Butter a large pie plate; dust with crushed chocolate wafer crumbs.
Pour mixture in and bake for 15 to 25 minutes at 350Β°.
Let cool slightly.
Mix sugar (about 3 tablespoons), sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla together.
Pour on top and bake another 20 minutes.
Cooking time is 30 to 45 minutes.
