Cheese, Broccoli Soup
Cheese, Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 6 chicken bouillon cubes, 6 c. water and 3 pkg. chicken top ramen, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In Dutch oven or stockpot, melt margarine.
Add onion and saute until transparent.
Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil. Break Top Ramen into pieces.
Add with seasoning to boiling water. Return to boil and cook 3 minutes.
Add broccoli; return to boil. Cook 5 minutes.
Turn heat to low.
Add milk and Velveeta, cut in chunks.
Stir occasionally.
Ready to eat when cheese is melted.
