Cheese Broccoli
Cheese Broccoli is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded sharp process american cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing (i use salad dressing) and 1 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In boiling, salted water, cook broccoli; drain.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine mayonnaise, cheese and milk.
Heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts.
Serve over cooked broccoli.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
