Cheese Bread Braids
Cheese Bread Braids is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 3/4 to 7 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 2 c. milk, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine 3 cups flour and yeast.
Heat milk, sugar, butter and salt just until warm (115° to 120°) and butter is almost melted, stirring constantly.
Add to flour mixture.
Add eggs and cheese. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl.
Beat for 3 minutes on high speed.
Using a spoon, stir in as much flour as you can.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (6 to 8 minutes).
Divide into thirds. Form each portion into a ball.
Wrap in clear plastic wrap; transfer to freezer bags.
Seal, label and freeze.
