Cheese Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. extra sharp kraft cracker barrel cheese (red package), 2 1/2 sticks butter or oleo, 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour and pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Use a hand mixer for this recipe.

Allow time for cheese and butter to soften.

Cream together cheese and butter, then gradually add flour and mix thoroughly.

Put in refrigerator for about an hour.

Dust hands with flour and roll dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Press pecan half in center of each cheese ball.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 325Β°. Do not brown.

Makes approximately 5 dozen.
