Cheese Biscuits
Cheese Biscuits is an moderately easy baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with c. milk, c. mayonnaise, . sugar, c. self-rising flour and c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat together in a medium bowl the milk, mayonnaise, sugar and self-rising flour.
If necessary, add a little more (no more than 1/2 cup) of the self-rising flour so that dough can be dropped from spoon and hold its shape.
Mix in grated cheese.
Drop by spoonfuls 1 inch apart on greased baking sheet in about 9 equal mounds.
Brush tops a bit with butter and sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Dust with garlic salt to taste as soon as they come out of the oven.
Makes 9 biscuits.
