Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large bowl of mixer, combine cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and salt.
Cream until well blended and smooth. Spoon into a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate. In about 15 minutes, mold into a ball while in paper or plastic wrap.
Chill.
To serve, roll in chopped parsley or chopped nuts. Serve with apple wedges and crackers.
