Cheese-and-Spinach Puffs
Cheese-And-Spinach Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. water, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes.
Drain well and squeeze to remove excess liquid.
Combine spinach mixture and remaining ingredients; stir well.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place 1 1/2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets. Chill at least 30 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes; serve warm.
