Cheese and Onion Pie
Cheese And Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sliced spanish onion, 3 tbsp. butter, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1/4 tsp. worcestershire, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut onions into very thin slices.
Saute in butter until transparent.
Beat eggs slightly, add evaporated milk and Worcestershire sauce and set aside.
Cook bacon until crisp; drain, crumble and set aside.
Put sauteed onoins in pie shell. Sprinkle cheese over onions then pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at preheated 400Β° oven for 40 minutes or until done.
Garnish with crumbled bacon.
