Cheese And Olive Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded sharp cheese, 1 stick butter, softened, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. paprika and 48 large pimiento stuffed olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Blend together cheese and butter using a mixer. Add flour and paprika. Mix thoroughly and shape 1 tablespoon of this mixture around each olive, dipping hands in flour to prevent sticking. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes just to a golden color. Makes 4 dozen.
