Cheese and Mushroom Manicotti
Cheese And Mushroom Manicotti is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 lb. chopped mushrooms, 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine all ingredients except manicotti and spaghetti sauce and set aside.
Mix the spaghetti sauce with 1 cup of water. Place half in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stuff the manicotti shells with mixture and place in tomato sauce in pan.
Pour remaining sauce on top.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 375Β°.
Remove foil and sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven until melted.
