Cheddar-Raisin Muffins
Cheddar-Raisin Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. paprika and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Stir in cheese and raisins.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg and milk.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into greased and floured muffin pans.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from pans.
Yield: 14 muffins.
