Cheddar Quiche
Cheddar Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, 1 can (3 1/2 oz.) french fried onions, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and bacon, fried and broken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Make your own crust or buy ready-made crust and prepare as directed.
Cut cheese in
8 slices (3 x 4 x 1/8-inch thick).
Cover bottom with cheese overlapping slices.
Set aside 1/2
French onions; sprinkle remainder over cheese.
Sprinkle celery, green pepper and bacon.
Mixing bowl beat together eggs and mustard until blended; add milk.
Into pie shell; bake approximately 45 minutes or until inserted near center comes out clean. Remove pie sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Allow to stand 20 minutes before serving.
Meanwhile, heat 1/2 cup of the reserved onions oven until crisp and golden brown. Garnish top with onions. Cut pie in generous wedges to serve.
