Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes
Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.
Stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually add milk; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat.
Add the salt, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese; stir until cheese melts.
Add potatoes; stir gently to mix.
Place in a greased 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
