Charleston Squash Casserole
Charleston Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 or 8 small squash, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 1 tbsp. grated onion and 1 egg, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut and cook squash in small amount of water until tender; mash well.
Add salt, pepper, butter, bouillon cube and grated onion.
Fold in well beaten egg.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole which has been greased.
Sprinkle a topping of crumbs, cheese and paprika over casserole.
Bake in an oven preheated to 350Β° for 30 minutes.
