Champagne Salad
Champagne Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 2 to 4 bananas, diced and dipped in lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix sugar and cream cheese together.
Separately mix strawberries, pineapple, bananas and pecans.
Add to cream cheese mixture.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread in a buttered 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Freeze.
Thaw 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
Keeps a long time in freezer.
