Celia's Apricot Mold
Celia'S Apricot Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. apricot jell-o, 1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves, drained, 2 c. boiling water, 1 pt. sour cream and 2 small jars apple and apricot baby food, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add sour cream and baby food.
Fold cup of apricots into mixture and pour into mold.
This makes a beautiful tasty mold.
Sometimes I also fold a cup of pineapple chunks with it for a little different taste.
