Celery Seed Dressing
Celery Seed Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 4 tsp. dry mustard, 4 tsp. salt, 1 1/4 c. vinegar and 1 small onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine sugar, mustard and salt.
Add half the vinegar and onion to dry mixture.
Beat on medium speed of mixer for 15 minutes.
Stir in oil, then remainder of vinegar.
Mix until well chilled.
Fold in celery seed.
Refrigerate.
Makes 3 pints.
