Celery Casserole
Celery Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sliced celery, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. toasted almonds (optional), 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil the celery in just enough water to cover it for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain.
Add to the drained celery the cream of mushroom soup and the melted butter; mix.
Pour in a casserole pan. Sprinkle the bread crumbs and the almonds and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
