Cauliflower with Shrimp Sauce
Cauliflower With Shrimp Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cauliflower, 1 (10 oz.) can frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Wash cauliflower and break into flowerets. Cook covered in small amount of boiling, salted water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain.
Heat soup over low heat, stirring frequently.
Add 1/2 cup sour cream; cook and stir just until hot.
Add 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds; pour sauce over hot cauliflower.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
