Cauliflower Medley
Cauliflower Medley is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. salad oil, 2 c. small fresh cauliflowerets, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. chopped canned pimiento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oil in skillet.
Add cauliflowerets and cook covered over low heat 10 to 12 minutes; stir occasionally.
Add peas, salt and dash of pepper; cover and cook 10 minutes.
Stir in pimiento. Serves 8.
