Cauliflower-Ham Bake
Cauliflower-Ham Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cauliflower, 2 c. cubed cooked ham, 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Break cauliflower into pieces (about 4 cups); cook in salted water until tender and drain.
Combine with ham and mushrooms.
In medium saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter.
Stir in flour.
Add milk all at once and stir constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add cheese and sour cream to sauce; stir until cheese is melted.
Combine with vegetables and ham.
Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
Combine crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until hot.
