Cauliflower Casserole
Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or cheese soup, 2/3 c. water, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional) and 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain well. Halve any large pieces.
In 2-quart casserole, combine soup, water, mushrooms, onion, basil and salt and pepper.
Carefully stir in cauliflower.
Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375Β° oven for 25 minutes.
