Cauliflower Casserole
Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 med head of cauliflower, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Break califlower into small pieces.
Cook until just tender, drain an place in a 2 Qt. casserole dish.
3 Tbsp.
Butter in pan and stir in flour to make a paste.
Blend in milk and slowly bring to a boil and simmer until thickened.
Add salt and pepper and pour over cauliflower.
Mix together stuffing, water and melted butter and spoon over top of casserole.
Bake 350Β° for 30 minutes.
