Cauliflower Broccoli Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. box each frozen cauliflower, broccoli, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 each seasoned salt and pepper and 2 c. hot milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook frozen veggies as directed; drain.
Put in 2-quart casserole.
Melt butter; stir in flour and seasonings until smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Stir over low heat until thick.
Sprinkle onion, pimiento and cheese over vegetables. Pour sauce over all.
Sprinkle with crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
