Cathedral Window Cookies
Cathedral Window Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. ground nuts (optional), 1 (10 1/2 pkg.) colored miniature marshmallows and 2 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Slowly melt butter and chocolate chips.
Remove from heat and add eggs and nuts.
Add marshmallows in 2 to 3 additions. Mix well.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on 3 pieces of waxed paper. Place mixture on the waxed paper and form into 3 rolls using some confectioners sugar on hands and on top.
Chill a few hours or overnight.
Slice and serve.
