Catfish Parmesan
Catfish Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pan dressed catfish fillets, 2 c. dry bread crumbs, 3/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. chopped parsley and 1 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Dip catfish in melted oleo or oil or spray with Pam, then roll in bread crumb mixture.
Arrange fish in well-greased dish or place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Bake in 375Β° oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
