Carrots in Orange Sauce
Carrots In Orange Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 carrots, 1/3 c. water, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/3 c. orange juice and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Peel and cut carrots in half lengthwise.
Place in heavy saucepan with water, lemon juice, salt and butter.
Cover and simmer until tender.
Blend cornstarch, orange juice and honey. Drain fluid from carrots and add orange juice mixture to the liquid and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Pour over carrots and sprinkle with chives.
