Blend in a a blender or food processor the carrots, melt and add the butter, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and brown sugar. Beat the eggs together and add to mixture.
Pour in a 6 inch baking dish and cook at 350 for 1 hour or until center of soufflé is firm.
