Carrot Pudding

Soak raisins in orange juice; set aside.
Cream sugar and butter; beat in eggs.
Stir in carrots.
Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda, then all spices and salt.
Add 1/2 of the flour mixture to carrot mixture.
Stir in raisins, then remaining flour and mix well.
Spoon into greased and floured 5-cup mold. Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
