Made with 1 1/2 c. mashed cooked carrots (about 6 large), 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, dash of salt and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large bowl, mix well all ingredients except pie shell and cream.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with cream.
