Carrot Custard

Cook and mash carrots.
Beat eggs and mix together with milk, salt, butter and sugar.
Grate cheese and add to the other ingredients, including the bread crumbs.
Place mixture in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake for about 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven. Serves 8 to 10.
