Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with about 16 large carrots, sliced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 stick margarine, 1/4 c. flour and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook sliced carrots until almost done.
Drain.
Melt margarine in pan and cook onion until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly until cheese melts and thickens.
Add to carrots. Sprinkle 2 cups buttered bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
