Carrot Casserole

Cook carrots in salted water until tender; drain.
Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in margarine until tender.
Mix all ingredients, except cracker crumbs, together and put into baking dish.
Top with cracker crumbs and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
