Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 cans carrots, drained, or cook 2 pt. sliced carrots, 2 c. velveeta cheese, diced, 1 large onion, sauteed in 1 tbsp. oleo, 1 stick oleo and 1/2 box chicken in a biskit crackers, crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spray or grease a 2-quart casserole; layer 1/3 of carrots, onion, cheese and oleo (3 layers each).*
(Last layer has to be oleo.)
Top with crumbled crackers.
Bake at 350Β° until the cheese bubbles up through, 40 to 50 minutes.
