Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. carrots, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. melted butter, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 tbsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut up carrots and boil in water until soft.
Combine cooked carrots with all the ingredients and beat until well mixed (will be somewhat lumpy).
Put into a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Also can be frozen.
