Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. carrots, 1 stick oleo, 1 medium onion, 1/2 lb. velveeta and bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook carrots and drain. Pour 1/2 of the carrots into a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Dice 1/2 of the Velveeta over the top.
Repeat with carrots and cheese. Melt butter and saute onions until tender. Pour over carrots. Spread bread crumbs over the top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
