Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. carrots, sliced, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped celery and 1/2 tsp. dill weed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cover carrots with water and cook until tender.
Drain and mash.
Beat eggs and onion, celery, butter and salt and dill weed. Stir in carrots.
Add bread cubes and mix well.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
