Carrot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, cleaned, scraped and cut into slices, 8 oz. velveeta cheese, 1 stick oleo and cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook carrots in salted water with small amount of sugar until tender.
Drain and place in buttered casserole dish.
Melt together the cheese and oleo; pour over carrots.
Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes, or until bubbly.
