Carrot Casserole
Carrot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 or 16 oz.) carrots, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 very small onion, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and grated or shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown onion in butter in skillet.
Add cream of celery soup. Cook carrots separately until almost tender.
Mix carrots with onion and soup mixture in baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
