Carrot Cassantro
Carrot Cassantro is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. carrots, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. grated onions, 1/2 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel and slice carrots; add sugar.
Cover with water and cook until tender.
In double boiler, melt butter, cheese, onions and Tabasco and cook until creamy.
Drain carrots; put in baking dish and pour cheese sauce over carrots.
Cover with crumbled crackers. Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
