Carrot Cake
Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift together first five ingredients.
Add sugar, oil and eggs, mix well.
Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.
Turn into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans or sheet pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Cool full minute in pans, then turn out and cool on wire racks.
Fill layers and spread top and sides with Cream cheese Frosting.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
